Reservations and General Terms:
1. Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from the property manager.
2. Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
3. Reservations are non-transferable, and no deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Guests can cancel the reservation for free up to 5 days before the arrival date.
2. If canceled less than 5 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.
Payment Terms:
1. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
2. Guests wishing to pay in cash must notify the property in advance and provide a 25% prepayment by credit card or another agreed-upon method.
3. Due to local cash laws, local guests cannot pay more than 6,000 NIS in cash for reservations.
Check-In and Check-Out:
1. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
2. Late check-out or early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
3. Tourists must present a valid passport and border control slip (received at the airport) for identification at check-in, while local citizens must present a valid national ID.
Cleaning Procedures and Fees:
1. A one-time cleaning fee will be charged to prepare the apartment before and/or after the stay, in addition to the nightly rate.
2. Additional cleaning services during the stay can be arranged, with prices varying by apartment.
3. Guests must vacate the property during cleaning. The manager will provide specific cleaning times, and failure to comply may result in additional fees.
4. Guests are responsible for ensuring belongings are out of the way during cleaning. If a physical key is required, it must be left in the lockbox for the cleaning service.
5. The cleaning fee is non-refundable, regardless of the length of stay.
Taxes and Fees:
1. Some properties require an additional 18% VAT fee for non-tourist guests, clearly stated in the property listing (https://www.gov.il/he/departments/policies/vat-tourists-zero-rate).
2. Any disputes regarding taxes or fees must be resolved with the relevant tax authorities.
Liability:
1. The property manager is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
2. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay.
3. The property manager is not liable for injuries or loss of life occurring on the property during the stay.
