Reservation:
a. Reservations are subject to availability.
b. The guest must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
c. The reservation is confirmed only when the guest receives a confirmation email from the property manager.
d. The reservation is not transferable to another party.
e. No deposit is required.
Payment Terms:
a. Guests are required to provide a valid credit card at the time of booking.
b. The full amount of the reservation will not be charged to the credit card provided until 14 days prior to the check-in date.
c. The credit card provided will be charged immediately once the reservation becomes non-refundable.
d. Guests who wish to pay in cash must notify the property in advance and provide a 25% prepayment by credit card or another agreed-upon method.
e. Local guests are unable to pay for reservations that exceed 6,000 NIS in cash due to local cash laws.
Check-In and Check-Out:
a. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
b. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
c. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
d. Tourists are required to provide a valid passport and border control slip (received at the airport) for identification purposes at check-in, while local citizens are required to present a valid national ID.
Cleaning Procedures and Fees:
a. A cleaning fee is a one-time charge for cleaning the apartment before and/or after the guest's stay. It is an additional amount on top of the nightly rate when making a reservation.
b. The cleaning fee covers the extra expenses incurred in getting the apartment ready for the guest's arrival and cleaning it after their departure.
c. Guests must vacate the property during the cleaning process. The property manager will provide the guest with a specific time and date for cleaning, which must be adhered to. Failure to comply with the cleaning procedures may result in additional fees.
d. The guest is responsible for ensuring that their belongings are out of the way during the cleaning process. If the property has a physical key, the guest must leave it in the lockbox for the cleaning service.
e. The cleaning fee is non-refundable, regardless of the length of the guest's stay.
Taxes and Fees:
a. Please note that some properties require an additional 17% VAT fee for non-tourist guests, which will be clearly stated on the property listing.
b. Any disputes regarding taxes or fees must be resolved between the guest and the relevant tax authorities.
Liability:
a. The property manager is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the guest's personal property.
b. The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay.
c. The property manager is not liable for any injury or loss of life that occurs on the property during the guest's stay.
