House Rules & Stay Information

-Check-in from 15:00 | Check-out by 11:00.
Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability.
-No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet hours must be respected.
-No smoking inside the apartment.
-No pets allowed.
-Guests must provide valid identification before or at check-in:
• Tourists: passport + border control entry permit
• Israeli citizens/residents: national ID
-Prices on our website do not include VAT.
• Tourists with valid documentation are VAT-exempt.
• Israeli citizens/residents may be required to pay VAT (18%), only if applicable, as stated in the apartment description.
-A folded baby crib can be provided upon request for 99 ILS, subject to availability.
A baby crib + high chair set is available for 149 ILS. Guests must request these in advance.
-Guests are responsible for the apartment and its contents during the stay.
-Violation of house rules may result in denied check-in or termination of the stay without refund.
