Payment
Payment will be requested separately, in accordance with the cancellation terms of the reservation.

Cancellation policies
Direct Advantage Rate: Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in or no-shows are charged 100% of the reservation amount.
Monthly Comfort Rate: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made after this period are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 15:00 | Check-out by 11:00
Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability.

House rules
• No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet hours must be respected.
• No smoking inside the apartment.
• No pets allowed.

Identification
Guests must provide valid identification before or at check-in:
• Tourists: passport + border control entry permit
• Israeli citizens/residents: national ID

VAT notice
Prices on our website do not include VAT.
• Tourists with valid documentation are VAT-exempt.
• Israeli citizens/residents may be required to pay VAT (18%), only if applicable, as stated in the apartment description.

Baby amenities
A folded baby crib can be provided upon request for 99 ILS, subject to availability.
A baby crib + high chair set is available for 149 ILS. Guests must request these in advance.

Responsibility
Guests are responsible for the apartment and its contents during the stay.
Violation of house rules may result in denied check-in or termination of the stay without refund.
